Role of the Foundation Board

The primary responsibility of the NWACC Foundation Board of Directors is to manage, guide, and advocate for the College. The Board Charter further outlines the roles and responsibilities of each member:

  • Engage the community
  • Tell the College’s story
  • Support College leadership
  • Advocate and be a person of influence on behalf of NWACC
  • Provide annual financial support
  • Raise funds or help connect potential donors to appropriate development staff
  • Help grow prospect base
  • Recruit new board members
  • Participate in community activities and events on behalf of NWACC Foundation
  • Assist in designing and implementing short and long-term goals for the Foundation
