Plant-a-Seed Soiree | Northwest Arkansas Community College Foundation

The Plant-A-Seed Soirée is the NWACC Foundation’s premier annual fundraiser, dedicated to supporting more affordable tuition and learning materials for students.

This classic, floral-themed celebration takes place every spring on the first Friday in May. Guests enjoy an evening that showcases the very best of NWACC through real-life stories from students, alumni, and college leaders, live entertainment from talented community musicians, and catering by future culinary artists from Brightwater.

The 2025 annual Plant-a-Seed Soiree, presented by Cheez-It, was held at Heroncrest Event Center in Elm Springs and raised a record-breaking $125,000 in critical funds for student scholarships. The event was catered by Brightwater and featured a panel of alumni and students to share how NWACC has been pivotal to their academic success.
