NWACC Alumnus at BFF!

NWACC alumnus Mathew Mozzoni dropped by campus recently and filled us in on his latest project – crafting an original score for a feature film having its world premiere at the Bentonville Film Festival Friday June 20. The film is called “West of Greatness: The Story of the Westwego Muscle Boys”. Mozzoni enlisted the help of local musicians to record the music.

Mathew said he found the personalized help he needed to take his passion for music and foster it on a pathway to a career at NWACC under Professors Miles Fish and Ben Harris, who was previously an instructor and is now Executive Director of Symphony of Northwest Arkansas. “Studying here between Miles and Ben and several other instructors, along with the small class sizes, the personal interest in my growth as a musician and as a person, is hugely foundational in who I am now as an artist and person,” Mozzoni said.
